CHOPs: Clifton Hall Old Pupils

Clifton Hall conjures up memories for everyone who visits. As former pupils we have especially vivid imprints of "the good old days" at CHS - it's these memories we would like you to share. Please feel free to read the entries other old-pupils have left. If you haven't already, we would love to read what you remember best about your time here; please click here to leave your message.

Glenn Leslie (1996 - 2000)
I remember... Coming from a state school i wasn't entirely sure what to expect. However Clifton Hall was exactly as its motto suggested, "for a better start in life". I remember making lots of friends; some of which i still keep in contact with, the fun times and the mischief we used to get up to at break times. But most off all the competitive sports that we played and for the most part won. I sincerely recomend clifton hall to any perspective pupils & parents that are concidering an education here.

I am currently... Going into my final year at merchiston Castle school which i also recomend... sorry headmaster.

Emily Bell (1997 - 2003)
I remember... I was at Clifton Hall for six years and will always remember it for its caring and family atmosphere. Everyone was always included and sport was an important part of life there. I learned so much and am thankful to everyone for making it an enjoyable experience. Highland dancing was one of my favourite memories as well as hockey and swimming. I had so many friends who i have not forgotten and hope to meet again someday.

I am currently... Taking my GCSE's at Teesside High School (North East England) and looking forward to studying for my A-Levels in September.
